Ruchiji is not only a briliant Chef but also a gifted teacher, my favourites are her lovely cakes and the innovative dessert creations. I personally love to bake and happened to attend one of her Baking class where I learnt to bake various chocolate baked desserts. Her efficient teaching techniques and pleasant nature made it a super fun session.
Ruchi ji’s zeal for making amazing food has constantly inspired her to innovate some of the most awesome dishes and I have been fortunate enough to have them. I was surprised to relish her 100% Vegetarian Whole Wheat and Oats Cakes, Chocolate Cakes, Waffles, Pancakes, X mas Special Apple and Raisins Bread Pudding and so many more delicacies even the thoughts of which make my mouth water!  Thank you Ruchi ji.

Ruchi is not just an excellent chef but a superb teacher as well. All her recipes are precise, innovative and taught so systematically , that even the most novice of all can master the art of cooking. She makes even the most difficult of recipes like a Christmas cake, easy to understand and follow. What’s more all our family members too love the taste of her dishes.

Ruchi’s recipes are very tasty, healthy, simple and easy to follow because she cooks with passion. Highly recommend her Culinary workshops, she gives instruction very clearly with tips and do’s & don’ts. A great mentor and asset for those who love cooking.
Known Ruchi since almost a decade, what struck me at the beginning was her resoluteness and perseverance for cooking. She was crowned the winner of ‘Kitchen ke Khiladi’ A live Mega cooking competition organized by our NGO in 2016. In 2018 not only she became a judge in this competition but also acted as a facilitator of ‘Kitchen ke Khiladi’. Glad to know that she is invited for Culinary workshops by IIT Bombay, she also trained IITIANS for Intra Institute MasterChef Competition held in IIT Roorkee. I am so proud of her numerous achievements, wishing her all the luck for a bright career in the Culinary world.
Attended various workshops of Ruchi, she is an excellent Chef and a teacher filled with passion, always smiling. Still remember my first Baking Workshop she patiently answered all queries and told us the basics of baking cakes, her Thai and Continental class is amazing, the dishes and techniques of handling and making succulent chicken breast starters I never thought were possible. The perfect recipe for making amazing light Bhaturas, lip smacking Imli Chutney and fluffy Dahi Bade, still can’t forget the heavenly taste of Butter Paneer and Shahi Korma made in the Punjabi Gravies class. All her recipes are so easy to follow and she is always available to clear any doubts and guides u to make the perfect dish. Kudos to your patience, guidance and passion
I got in touch with Ruchi ma’am for a competition focused training workshop. It was the Inter IIT Cultural Meet and for the first time culinary competitions were added and frankly speaking I had no clue how to deal with this genre. But luckily, ma’am stepped in and taught us everything from scratch. I still remember, sometimes she used to come all by herself from Thane to Powai just to help us, even though she clearly knew we were the most naive of all the students she has ever taught. But the amount of zeal and enthusiasm she showed and also inculcated the same in us was tremendous. This was the sole reason for our success in the competition. I wish all the very best to ma’am for her future endeavors.
Have had the privilege of having Ruchi’s wide range of tasty cakes who is also an amazing teacher, teaching with a detailed sense of baking. Ruchi makes the healthiest and most organic cakes now also vegan, always choosing the healthy alternatives. Took the basic baking class from her and have been a fan ever since.
Ruchi’s passion for cooking shows in the wonderful unique dishes she prepares. Takes extra efforts to make her recipes Healthy, her each workshop is her lots of hard work, dishes taught are Healthy, Unique, theme based and well structured, detailed notes covering all the minute details that even a beginner can master the Art perfectly. Thankful for her post workshop guidance, lucky to have got the opportunity to learn from a Great Mentor.
Ruchi is an extremely down to earth person with great dedication in her work, she has achieved remarkable success with her hard work. I highly recommend people to attend her workshops. All an all an inspiration for all females that we can achieve success at any stage of life.

Baking a perfect cake was always on my bucket list. Tried recipe books, internet recipe, YouTube tutorials but could never bake a perfect cake, had almost quit baking but then my baking angel Ruchi came up with her Basic Baking classes for Beginners. It was an amazing experience to learn from Ruchi. Her passion for cooking, extra detailed printed notes, important tips, It was fun baking, decorating cakes and learning presentation techniques too. Her Post workshops guidance is praiseworthy. I am now a confident Baker who can even bake the Christmas cakes & Bundt cakes with ease.

I always wanted to learn baking but had doubts. I took Ruchi’s baking workshops where she taught baking from scratch with detailed explanation of minute things. Under her experienced teaching I can proudly say I can now bake really good Cakes, Muffins, Fresh cream cakes and Waffles too.

Having attended Chef Ruchi’s Culunary workshop what I loved the most about her class is the precision of processes! Being a science geek, it was right up my alley! Class was equally entertaining. Each cake was yummilicious to say the least. My daughter gorged it all ! Later she attended Teens Cooking workshop and has now mastered basics of cooking which has helped her with her food tech lessons over here in London. What makes Ruchi an outstanding teacher is whatever time you call her with a problem, she’s always there with a solution. We may live at different time zones, but she has always given me solutions to tackle any issues I have encountered. I would highly recommend her class, be sure you are learning from the very best.
